The Ichie Akubudike Foundation has demonstrated its commitment to supporting vulnerable community members by empowering Mr. Clement Obi, a person with a disability from Umuchigbo village, Umudioka. Mr. Obi, who relies on a wheelchair and has no caregiver, received ₦500,000 to boost his provision business.
This timely intervention has brought immense joy and gratitude to Mr. Obi, who thanked the foundation for their kindness. Chief Robinson Onyeji, representing the kindred of the beneficiary, expressed appreciation to High Chief Jim Martin Nwabueze, the founder, and assured that Mr. Obi would utilize the funds wisely under his supervision.
Chief Sunday Anene, Secretary of the foundation, offered words of encouragement, urging Mr. Obi to make the most of the opportunity. This gesture showcases the foundation’s dedication to empowering individuals and promoting self-sufficiency.
The empowerment of Mr. Obi reflects the foundation’s mission to positively impact lives and communities, promoting inclusivity, dignity, and self-sufficiency. We wish Mr. Obi success and prosperity as he embarks on this new chapter, and pray that the foundation’s initiatives continue to inspire positivity and transformation.
